We have more than 300 employees with the average age of 28. Among them, 10% is the management, 20% is technology researchers, 20% is sales and other 50% is the workers. Years of hard work has received many rewards and recognition, such as ceramic filters have passed the New Products Evaluation in 2001 by Economic and Trading Committee of Liaoning Province and ceramic filter was listed in the National Torch Program by the China`s National Science & Technology Department in 2003; Ceramic filters passed the technological achievement of Technology Office of Liaoning Province in 2004.
